By using ModiMenu during the free beta, you agree to the points below. We'll publish full terms before exiting beta.
The service
ModiMenu suggests promotional deals based on the menu and business data you provide. All suggestions require your explicit approval before they go live. ModiMenu does not set prices for you and does not process payments.
Your responsibilities
- Approve only deals you can honor at your business.
- Comply with local laws on advertising, food labelling, and SMS marketing.
- Honor opted-in customers' STOP requests and keep your contact info current.
Beta limitations
The service is provided "as is" during beta. Features may change, and we may pause or reset the service with reasonable notice. We're not liable for lost revenue from a deal you chose to publish.
Account closure
You can close your account anytime from Settings, which deletes your business profile, menu, and customer opt-ins.
