This is a short, plain-language summary for the ModiMenu beta. We will publish a full policy before exiting beta.

What we collect

• Owner account: email, name, business profile (name, type, hours, brand color).
• Menu data you enter (items, prices, rough costs) — used only to generate suggestions.
• Customer opt-ins: phone number and consent timestamp, only when a customer submits the deal form.
• Analytics events: deal views and redemptions, used to show you what's working.

What we never do

• Sell or share customer phone numbers with third parties.
• Send marketing messages on your behalf without your action.
• Show another business your menu, costs, or customers.

Where it lives

All data is stored in your private workspace with row-level security. Only you and the team members you invite can read it.

Your rights

You can delete your account, your menu, or any customer opt-in at any time from Settings. Need help during the pilot? Contact the ModiMenu team at modimenu@heartbeatofsouthbay.com. We typically respond within one business day.
